Andi Lyn Kornfeld LPsych, LMFT
Founder and Clinical Director
Andi Lyn Kornfeld, LMFT is a Psychoanalyst having earned the distinction of Training and Supervising Psychoanalyst with the International Psychoanalytic Association (IPA). Andi graduated from the Adult Psychoanalysis program at the Psychoanalytic Association of New York (PANY) affiliated with NYU Medical School and has earned a second New York State license in Psychoanalysis.
As our Founder and Clinical Director, Andi is our guiding force ensuring the highest level of advanced training to our Psychotherapists. Outside our practice, She holds the office of Assistant Institute Director, Contemporary Freudian Society, Licensed Psychoanalyst Program guiding our Psychoanalytic Candidates through their Post-grad education and State Licensure.
Within our group practice, Andi specializes in working with people who are committed to relieving their emotional difficulties through self-exploration under the guidance of a highly trained professional. Andi specializes in working with adults who desire a better understanding of themselves and look for freedom in how they experience their emotional life and the world around them.
Andi has extensive pre-and post-graduate training in individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. After completion of her clinical training at St. Luke’s Psychiatry Department, Andi joined the staff at St. Mark’s Institute of Mental Health, where she treated individuals and families. In addition, she was the clinician for the US Probation Department’s Re-Entry Program, treating individuals, families, and conducting group therapy to lower rates of recidivism of non-violent offender participants before stepping down to dedicate herself to private practice full time and to pursue post-grad psychoanalytic study leading to her earned distinctions above.
Prior to Andi’s post-graduate clinical training, she spent over fifteen years as a Senior Leader in Financial Services, primarily Capital Markets. Andi brings a vast and deep knowledge of the vicissitudes of career and executive life to her practice and finds that it enables her to best work with all that seek her expertise.
Andi also offers performance coaching for executives looking to optimize their leadership skills for themselves and their teams’ success. She is available to work with individuals, partners, and groups within your enterprise.

Founder and Coaching Director
Elle Chase, CSE, ABS Elle Chase (she/her) is a certified life coach, intimacy and relationship coach, board-certified sexologist, and multi-certified sexuality educator. She has trained with some of the most respected programs in the U.S., including the San Francisco Sex Information (SFSI) Sex Educator Training Program and the Kinsey Institute’s Human Sexuality Intensive Program. Elle is a Certified Sexologist through the American Board of Sexology, and the American College of Sexologists International, as well as a Certified Life Coach through Lumia Life Coaching, an ICF-accredited program. Elle is a member of the LGBTQQIA+ community, and primarily works individually with women, femmes + NB/GNC individuals, and with all genders in relationships of two or more.
Her work focuses on empowerment, relational skills, empathy, reducing shame, and addressing the intersection of body image and sexuality. As a life and executive coach, she draws on 25 years of experience as a film executive & producer, and five-time business owner across multiple industries. Her coaching approach integrates various modalities, including somatics, vagus nerve regulation, parts work/IFS, and mindfulness & meditation.
Over the past 15 years, her writing on sexuality has been featured in Teen Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and Huffington Post, among others, and she authored the highly regarded Curvy Girl Sex: 101 Body-Positive Positions to Empower Your Sex Life (Fair Winds Press, 2017). Elle is also a sought-after expert - frequently quoted in international media, including The Today Show, Nightline, The New York Times, USA Today, and The New York Post. Additionally, her insights have been featured on top-rated podcasts and radio shows such as Sex with Emily, Dan Savage’s Lovecast, and Loveline.
Elle’s advocacy work includes founding and serving as the executive director of the Los Angeles Academy of Sex Education, an organization that provided community-wide sex education classes taught by leading experts. She also serves on the advisory board of EducateUS Action, and on the Board of Directors of The Educate US Fund, an organization dedicated to advancing progressive sex education policy nationwide.
Her coaching practice is rooted in being trauma-aware, social and racial justice-informed, LGBTQQIA+ affirming, kink-friendly, body liberation, intersectional feminist, and disability advocacy. She is also honored to work with clients in the CNM and SW communities as well as those exploring alternative relationship dynamics. Elle also mentors, and consults executives, companies and entertainment, media and wellness firms.
